MERLIN'S MAGIC SHOP guarantees the products that we sell. Any item found faulty in materials or workmanship will be replaced upon return of the faulty item. If you make a purchase and find that the item is "just not for you" please contact us for Return Authorization. You will have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to return the item to us in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item, less shipping.

Remember that all returns must include the original packaging and instructions. Any non-defective return must be in perfect condition. DVDs are not returnable once the seal on the DVD has been broken. Books are not returnable because they can be copied and read. Any flammable items such as flash paper, flash cotton, etc are NOT returnable.

There is a 15% restocking fee when an item is returned and found to be a non-defective item. Only authorized returns will be accepted. In order to get Return Authorization, please get in touch with us by email or telephone.

Products with the location of "Online" are items that are not stored in our retail store. These items come from various vendors such as Murphy's Magic, Magic Makers or other manufacturers that we have agreements with. These items will ship directly from our supplier with our name on the return address label. Because we are located in Florida, some items might take as much as ten days to arrive at your doorstep.

WE ARE SELLING SECRETS: When you purchase a magic trick, you are purchasing the secret. Please be very careful in selecting your merchandise from this catalog. Once the secret has been learned, full value has been received.
